To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them...

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

We reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund. 

What happens if my order gets sent back, stuck or lost?

All of our orders are sent with tracking during shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, kindly be patient since your packages are very close to be delivered. Custom clearance may take longer or shorter depending on the volume they are dealing at that particular moment

If your package got sent back, we sincerely apologize! How the custom and postal service handle the packages is out of our control. We will send a replacement as soon as we receive the package from the custom!

If the package got lost because of postal service, we will most likely to send you a new replacement, if possible.

If the package was delivered by the postal service and you still don't receive the products, most likely that the packages are stolen, and we are regrettably unable to issue any refund or replacement since it's out of our control to prevent such unfortunate evens to happen.
